Setup email account in MS Outlook

  1. Click File


  2. Add Account


  3. Manual setup or additional server types


  4. POP or IMAP


  5. Server Information
    Account Type: IMAP
    Incoming mail server, Outgoing mail server: mail.<yourdomainname>
    User Name: <youremailaddress>
    Password: <youremailpassword>

    Then click 'More Settings...'



  6. Under Outgoing Server tab, tick 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires..'


  7. Change Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587, then click OK

     
  8. Click Next
  9. Click Close after testing completed


  10. Done
